Teams are an amazing way to organize all the aspects related to different brands. The brand of your organization or online store is what your customers will interact with on each engagement. You have the opportunity to create as many teams as you desire for free to organize brands/initiatives.
With each team, you are able to specify your:
- Brand name
- Contact details
- Designated campaign platforms to automate marketing
- Identified message channels on which you would like to engage new and existing customers.
- Canned messages which allow your team to easily follow your brand communication
- FAQs for those frequent yet important questions
- Forms/Requests so that you may follow up on queries/orders from your customers
- Billing details; Only the Team Owner (person who created the team) has the options to manage billing and changing team settings/features.
- Pupsai Credits to limit the amount of activities your team members may engage in
- Invite others to your team
- Coupons and promotions!
Moreover, with each team you may access your team:
