Creating the Google Sheet

To get started, you must be an existing Google account holder. If you are not, sign for a Google account here.

From your browser:

  • Sign into your Google Drive
  • To the left of the screen, click the “New” button 
  • Scroll down and select “Google Sheets”
  • You’ll be redirected to a blank sheet, like the one below

  • To rename your sheet, go to the top left of the screen and click once in the section labelled “Untitled spreadsheet” and type your new sheet name
  • All changes to the sheet are saved automatically
